“COLORS AAR PUJO” ACTIVITY – Terms & Conditions
These rules and regulations are applicable for Colors Aar Pujo event.
- #ColorsAarPujo is an offline activity and only limited to the videos collected from COLORS selfie video zone at the 4 designated pujo-pandals i.e. Baghbazar Sarbojonin, Dumdum Park Bharat Chakra, Singhi Park & Garia Nabadurga. No online video submission other than the videos from spot shall be entertained for the contest.
- The participants will require to register their name, phone no., WhatsApp no., email id, Facebook id and Instagram id to our representative at the COLORS selfie video zone to receive the 360-degree video.
- By registering, you acknowledge the fact that COLORS BY RUPA shall use the data provided by you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
- COLORS BY RUPA will strive to ensure that your data is treated securely, however we do not accept responsibility for any unlawful, malicious, fraudulent action or use of your provided data by third party that is beyond our control.
- The top entrees shall be chosen on the basis of the reels shot on spot at designated pujo pandals as mentioned above.
- Only the entrees with hashtags #ColorsAarPujo & #LiveColors shall be considered.
- The judgement of the jury is final and binding.
- We will list the winners’ names and locations on our social media.
- By registering, you agree to be bound by these rules and allow us to share your name and image/reel on social media from our social media.
- COLORS BY RUPA reserves the right to change/add the contest rules any time, with/without prior intimation.
- The general T&C of COLORS BY RUPA website (www.rupaonlinestore.com) shall remain applicable.
- All matters will come under the jurisdiction of the local courts of West Bengal.
